He has been able to integrate his life, work and academic experiences into a unique and complete scientific method focusing on people and their uniqueness to develop their values and full potential.

Passionate about classical music, he studied piano at the Conservatory. The harmony of the instrument parts also find expression in his approach to coaching.

Listening and amplifying your inner, psychic and mental rhythm is the key to let your energies flow and feel good. The passion for sports coaching led him to become International Sport Licensed Performance Coach and Personal Trainer.

He has cultivated a passion for martial arts from an early age becoming Master IV Dan of Jujitsu alongside the practice of Judo, Boxing, Savate and Krav Maga.

Sailor, free-diver and underwater guide made the sea his second home. Navigating and the art of holding your breath have become the metaphor and the tool to immerse yourself in the world of our ego and rediscover its beauty and potential.

He has been able to combine the essence of these multiple disciplines in a unique method that mix and match the integration of mind and body and maximize performance in work, in sport and personal life.
